Thursday, October 12


  Module 201 - GRI 201A-Pricing Property, Course #836-1604, 3 hours, Category “F”; and, GRI 201B-Legislative issues, Course #853-1604, 3 hours, Category “A” - will cover how a licensee establishes pricing for a property. Also current and upcoming legislative issues affecting the real estate industry will be covered. Meets MDREC mandated legal requirement for license renewal.

  Module 206 - GRI 206-Technology and Trends, Course #842-1604, 3 hours, Category “G” - How new technologies are affecting the real estate industry and what industry practices to look for in the future. Must attend full day in order to receive credit.

  Module 203 - GRI 203A-Interpersonal Skills (No CE credit); and, GRI 203B-Personal Assistants, Course #838-1604, 3 hours, Category “F” - covers how to achieve the greatest results by understanding how and why people communicate the way they do. How to use a personal assistant and their duties, roles and responsibilities will be covered. Must attend full day in order to receive credit.

  Module 204 - GRI 204A-NAR Ethics (No CE credit)’ and, GRI 204B-Mediation & Arbitration, Course #839-1604, 3 hours, Category “F” - will cover the proper ethical conduct of licensees in dealing with the public and other licensees. Alternative methods of dispute resolution and the arbitration process will be discussed as it interacts with REALTOR® procedures and practices. Meets NAR membership ethics training requirement (not applicable to MDREC requirements). Must attend full day in order to receive credit.

  Module 205 - GRI 205A-Condominiums, Cooperatives, Course #840-1604, 3 hours, Category “F”; and, GRI 205B-Buyer Representation, Course #841-1604, 3 hours, Category “F” - covers the laws and policies governing the differences between condominiums, cooperatives and timeshares. The practice of buyer brokering as it applies to the day to day duties and activities of an agent will be covered.

Saturday, October 21


  Module 202 - GRI 202-Environmental Issues, Course #837-1604, 6 hours, Category “F” - covers some of the recent concerns developing around the removal and processing of potential environmental/health threats. Regulatory requirements, actions and agencies involved concerning the buying and selling of these properties will be discussed.
